Today I was sleeping while my mom was cooking breakfast, when I went to the kitchen, I opened the door and saw that she was making pancakes! I was so happy, so I asked her why she was preparing that special food. And her answer surprised me, you can’t believe what she told me. She said that she was cooking pancakes because my school homeroom teacher  called her and told her I had the best score in the last English test, so she congratulated me and said that she was proud, she gave me a kiss and we started eating, while we where eating the phone rang, my mom answered and I continued eating, but when my mom finished the call, she was very mad, I asked who was calling and she told that was my Spanish teacher and told her that I lost the final exam. So she took my pancakes and put it in the trash, so I started crying and went away, but an hour later mom came to my room and said sorry, then she took me to the kitchen and there were more pancakes! So we started eating them while we studied for my Spanish make up test.
