Respuesta:

Shortly after becoming sovereign of Spain, Carlos I had to face two major uprisings in his peninsular kingdoms:

The rebellion of the Communities, or of the Communards (1520-1521), which took place mainly in the Crown of Castile. The rebellion of the Germanías (1519-1523), which occurred in the Crown of Aragon.

Subsequently, its main problems were located outside of Spain.

Wars with France for European dominance. Wars with the Ottoman Empire, which was the main Muslim power at that time. Emergence of Protestantism in Germany. Despite his attempts, Carlos failed to reestablish political and religious unity in Europe. In 1555 the so-called Peace of Augsburg was agreed, by means of which the religious division within the imperial territories was recognized.

Carlos died on September 21, 1558 in the Caceres monastery of Yuste (Spain), where he had retired after dividing his dominions and his power.

In 1556 he had yielded the crown and the possessions of Spain to his son Felipe II, and in 1558 he yielded the crown and the territories of the Empire to his brother Fernando I.

Espero que te sirva :)
