On se usa antes de un día de la semana, o la palabra weekend (american english).

In se usa antes de los meses, las estaciones, los años. La palabra morning, evening o afternoon. Y un periodo de tiempo.

At se usa antes de night, weekend (British english), periodo determinado de tiempo.
