¿What are the pull factors?
Pull factors are those that attract the emigrant to a country, such as the emigrant's perceptions of the physical, economic, social and political conditions of the country to which he plans to move.
Identify two reasons why people migrate to urban areas (pull factors)
Demographic and economic migration is related to labor standards, unemployment and the general health of a country's economy. Pull factors include higher wages, better employment opportunities, a higher standard of living, and educational opportunities. If economic conditions are not favorable and appear at risk of further decline, more people are likely to emigrate to countries with better prospects.
Every year millions of people leave their homes in the countryside and migrate to urban centers both within their own countries and abroad. Some of these people simply move to seek new opportunities and improve their lives.

What is the depopulation of rural areas?
Rural depopulation affects society in general.
It also affects the person who lives in the big city because his country has become a demographic desert. In those geographical areas where there are no people living in rural areas, the rural environment disappears.
What are the factors that impact the rural population?
Hunger, poverty, youth unemployment and forced migration are common problems in rural areas. All of these difficulties can be greatly ameliorated by investing in smallholder agriculture and inclusive rural development.
