necesito ayuda de reglas de la casa con "have to" y don't have to"

1. We all have to stretch our bed after getting up.
2. You have to leave the dining room and the kitchen as clean as it was.
3. Everybody have to eat the lunch together in family and don´t have to use any technological devices like cell phones, etc.
4. We don´t have to shout, make mess or scandal at home.
5. We have to meet house schedules such as returning at the agreed time after leaving or sitting at luchtime.
