La forma correcta de completar las oraciones en present perfect utilizando el past participle + “Already” and “Yet”es la siguiente:

¿Cuando se usa el Present Perfect (presente perfecto)?

El tiempo verbal presente perfecto se utiliza cuando hablamos de acciones que empezaron en el pasado y continúan en el presente o que se han terminado recientemente. Las estructuras de las oraciones son las siguientes:

Afirmativa

Sujeto + auxiliar to have (have / has) + pasado participio + complemento

Negativa

Sujeto + auxiliar to have en negativo (haven't / hasn't) + verbo en participio + complemento

Interrogativa

Auxiliar to have (have / has) + sujeto / pronombre + verbo participio + complemento?

Al utilizar los adverbios “ever”, “already” y “never” se debe recordar que van después de 'have/has' y antes del participio pasado.  “Yet” siempre se coloca al final de la oración.
