Entiendo que "aeomosa" es Tripulante Cabina Pasajeros. Aquí tienes la demostración de las  normas de seguridad que vocean al pasaje antes del despegue y a las que nadie hace caso;

Ladies and Gentleman, may I have your attention please.
In accordance to Civil Aeronautical Regulations, we will demonstrate the use of the emergency equipment.
Every seat is provided with a safety belt, located on both sides of it.
To fasten your seat belt, insert the metallic part into the buckle.
To adjust, pull the strap as shown.
Please make sure that your seat belt is fastened in this very moment.
To open it, lift the buckle and pull open.
Should the seat belt be damaged, please let any of our flight attendants know.
In the event of a cabin decompression, the oxygen masks will appear automatically in front you.
Pull the mask toward you to make oxygen flow.
Place the mask over you nose and mouth, adjust it with the rubber band and breath normally.
In case of ditching the life rafts are located in special compartments along the cabin.
You will find your life vests in special compartments under your seats.
Slide the life vest over your head, the front side is clearly marked.
Fasten the straps at front, then pull to adjust to your waist.
To inflate, pull downward on the two red tabs.
It can also be orally inflated by blowing through the two red tubes.
Remember: the life vest must not be inflated inside the aircraft.
This aircraft has seven emergency exits.
Two doors at the front.
Four windows over the wings.
One door at the back or tail cone.
