I think that If you can demonstrate that you have the skills and experience needed for the job, some employers will overlook your lack of a degree, but even if you are unable to get a four-year bachelor’s degree (like a lot of people in Mexico), you can always make small improves in your education that would impress employers.  For example, consider taking on-line courses in your field or you can also complete certificate programs related to the job, and include those in your resumé.
