Dodo:
The first species became extinct between 1665 and 1670, and the last specimen of white dodo died in 1761, according to some authors. The disappearance of this wonderful bird came at the hands of hunters, who shot them down by the thousands and uncontrollably to get their precious feathers.
Normania Nava:
Its extinction could be due to the progressive decrease of the Ixantho-Laurion formations in Gran Canaria and Tenerife and to very restrictive biological demands on its reproductive biology. Furthermore, the species does not seem inclined to form populations with large numbers of troops.

It is not extinct, Cortinarius balteato-coumalitis, is a fungus of the basidiomycete family with no food value. It is found in groups under bushes and it is quite rare to find it.
