Explicación:

Siempre que el verbo se refiera a un pronombre personal en tercera persona del singular (he, she, it) el verbo se modifica poniendo una s al final. En el caso del verbo "have/have got" el "-ve" es lo que se sustituye por la s en vez de ponerla al final, quedando "has".

En todos los casos que no sean de la 3a persona del singular el verbo no se modifica.
