Hola! Lo que está en mayúsculas son las correcciones.

Jim: where did you GO? (No se usa want porque did ya está en pasado por lo tanto el siguiente verbo es en presente)
Jim: did you LIKE the food?( lo mismo que en lo otro)
Jim: did you GO by yourself?
Jim: did you SEE all the famous monuments?
Jim: did you VISIT the Vatican City?
Jim: did you HAVE a good time?
Jim: how did you GET there?
Karen: did you GO on holiday yet?
