Once upon a time there was a man named Gabriel García Márquez. Márquez was studying to be a lawyer, but he didn't want to be a lawyer. Some time later, he decides to abandon his career and dedicate himself to journalism. Marquez continued to travel to many places but never settled down. After so many trips he returned to America and stayed for a time in Venezuela, and then he traveled to New York. Finally, he decided to stay in Mexico where he created his first screenplay for the cinema "El gallo de oro" with Carlos Fuentes. This story didn't turn out so well, he was frustrated because he couldn't get what he wanted. He had debts to pay, but his work was not paying off. When he was about to give up he tells everything to his mother, she encourages him by telling him stories of how as a child he loved to write stories; This made him forget his idea of giving up. He began creating more stories, looking for famous writers to collaborate with. Years later, with much effort and dedication, he became one of the most recognized writers; to the point of winning 7 awards. END ​
