you aren't my uncle /are you my uncle
im not a student/ am i a student
Patrick isn't tired/ is Patrick tired?
they aren't fifthen/ are they fifteen
Tom isn't angry/ is Tom angry

lo que cambia es el is, are para negativo se usa isn't, aren't
y para el interrogativo solo cambia el pronombre si esta she is lo pones al revés por así decirlo quedaría is she
