1. When I go out, I put on my mask, look for a suitable place to play and practice a sport that I like.

2. First wash your hands, then check that the mask is not dirty or damaged, and finally make sure that the mask is facing outwards when you put it on.

3. It is important so that we do not infect other people and avoid transmitting any type of virus.
