La voz pasiva se forma con una forma del verbo to be y un participio pasado. El verbo to be cambia según la persona y el tiempo (presente simple, pasado simple, etc) y el participio pasado siempre es igual.

Pero saber estas reglas no significa que cualquier frase en activo puede (o debe) transformarse en pasivo.
