El pasado perfecto es bastante simple! :) se compone x el verbo have en pasado HAD + el verbo principal en pasado participio, (para oración afirmativa) por lo que quedaría algo así.

Afirmative

-I had change my photo profile
-I had lived in America
-He had taken the exam last year
- a thief had stolen my watch
-They had visited a doctor.
-He had slept.
- I had finished my work last year.
-It had rained heavily last month.
-The film had started before we reached cinema.

Negative
Al had, le agregamos el not (Had not) pero también puede ser escrito como hadn't.

-I hadn't changed..
-I hadn't lived..
-He hadn't taken the exam last year
-A thief hadn't stolen my watch
-They hadn't visited a doctor.
-He had'nt slept.
-I hadn't finished my work last year.
-It hadn't rained heavily last month.
-The film hadn't started before we reached cinema.

Interrogative
Y aquí el Had, pasaría al principio de la oración mientras que el pronombre y el verbo siguen igual.

-Had I changed my ...?
-Had I lived in ...?
-Had he taken the exam last year?
-Had a thief stolen my watch?
-Had they visited a doctor?
-Had he slept?
-Had I finished my work last year?
-Had it rained heavily last month?
-Had the film started before we reached cinema.

No son 20 oraciones, pero espero que te pueda servir:)
