El present perfect se usa para acciones que aun no se han terminado o que se pueden repetir. El complemento de tiempo mas comun para este tiempo es lately (ultimamente)
She has studied English in diffferent institutions
Ella ha estudiado ingles en diferentes instituciones
I have played tennis lately
Yo he jugado tennis ultimamente
