What would be a suggested way to share and sustain knowledge with members in a team?

One thing that usually worries those who already work in an agile, concrete way, those who have multifunctional teams, more or less self-organized, small and stable, is how to align, share knowledge, good practices, bad practices, that are emerging in a team with the rest.

There are a ton of ways to do this, every site I've seen that gets it right has its own. I'm going to leave you a few that I've seen that seem like good ways to share knowledge between teams, in case any of them are worth to you.
