This fundamental law is the basis of the national legal system. From its legal, political, social, philosophical, and economic principles all the laws of the Republic are derived. The Constitution organizes political powers and institutions, in addition to establishing and regulating the rights and freedoms of Peruvian citizens. Premium over any law and its rules are inviolable and mandatory.
