El presente continuo en inglés indica una acción que estás realizando en el momento, es decir, ahora mismo.
Para ello sólo tienes que agregar -ING a cada verbo, por ejemplo, read: reading. Y además colocar el verb to be (am, is o are) antes del mismo, por ejemplo: She is reading.
En tu caso sería:
a) They are dancing at the disco.
b) She is looking at the map.
c) They are riding their bikes in the countryside.
d) They are visiting an historical city.
e) She is sunbathing at the beach.
f) They are having sushi at a Japanese restaurant.
g) The father is driving the car.
h) They are making a fire to cook their dinner.
