use the prompts to form questions which the personnal.
manager is asking a job candidate in the following dialogue.
the first one is done as an example.

1º (complete/application form)
have you completed and appplication form?
yes, I have, here it is.
2º (have/previous work experience/ administration)
no, I haven't but I worked as a temporaly secretary for 6 month.

3º (do/training courses/ recently)?
yes, I did a course in advance computer systems last mont.

4º (have/interview/with this company before)
yes. I have, last year before I got the job as a secretary.

5º (include/references/in cv)
yes, I have one from my present employer and another from a previous employer.

utilice las promesas para formular preguntas que el siguiente dialogo.
el primero se realiza como ejemplo.
cuando ha terminado registre las preguntas.

si alguien me echa un mano solucionar este problema se lo agradeceria por favor

2.- Have you had previous work experience on administration? 
 Hay veces que administración lo traducen como Management :D 
3.- Did you do training courses recently?
4- Have you had an interview with this company before? 
5.-Have you included references on your CV? 

La mayoria de veces solo debes fijarte en como inicia la respuesta para saber con que preguntar, ejemplo:
Q:...........
A: Yes, I have

Te das cuenta que tu pregunta debe empezar con "Have you...?"
