Para aprendizaje personal, debo explicar que ''am'' se usa con la persona ''I'', ''is'' lo hace con ''she, he, it'' y ''are'' lo hace con ''you, we, they''
My shoes are very dirty (are, porque shoes es plural o sea ''they'')
My bed is very comfortable (is, porque bed es singular o sea ''it'')
Your pencils are in your bag (are, porque pencils es plural o sea ''they'')
I am not very happy today (am, porque es el unico que se usa con ''I'')
This restaurant is very expensive (is, porque restaurant es singular o sea ''it'')
The stores are not open today (are, porque stores es plural o sea ''they'')
Mr. Kely's daughter is six years old (is, porque estamos hablando de ''ella'')
The houses on this street are very old (are, porque houses es plural o sea ''they'')
The exam is not difficult (is, porque exam es singular o sea ''it'')
Those flowers are very beautiful (are, porque flowers es plural o sea ''they'')
Espero te sirva, saludos.
