You will not see many videos as there have been during these seven years that you they have accompanied me throughout this journey».[16] In an 2021 interview with Heyobi, Fernan explained the reasons for his withdrawal:
He always gave a lot of excuses at the beginning, it was like I was very tired mentally, that I was already bored with what I was doing, I was no longer passionate about it, I no longer wanted to edit, many factors that were true, but the strongest is that I I got bored of getting into the routine of thinking about what video I am going to record, what gameplay, what minisketch, what questions and answers, how am I going to record, edit and publish, be aware of my social networks. When I fell asleep goat, another day began and the same thing, what am I going to record…. and so on for seven years.
— Fernanfloo[5]
Regarding the subject of the videos, he said that: «I believe that if I respect that essence that I have had, I will continue doing them even if it is not so often. This way I do better and I like it better.»[5] In January 2019, he announced his collaboration with game developer Capcom to have himself on the Resident Evil 2 remake, in a video titled "Soy un Zombie" (I'm a Zombie) Fernan relates that he went to Japan to have makeup done and his movements captured to be one of the many zombies in the game, later in that same video a trailer appears promoting the 1-Shot Demo.[17] In 2020 the developer BBTV announced the launch of "Fernanfloo Party".[9]
