1 Can LA LECHERA® Condensed Milk
1 NESTLÉ® Medium Cream Can
4 Pieces yolk beaten
1 Teaspoon * Cornstarch
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
3 Cups Strawberry cleaned and sliced.
1/2 Package Marías Cookies lightly passed through milk
Instructions
Liquefy
Blend the LA LECHERA® Condensed Milk, the NESTLÉ® Half Cream, the egg yolks, the cornstarch and the vanilla essence.
Cook
Cook the preparation over medium heat for 5 minutes. Stir constantly. Remove from heat and cool.
Refrigerate
In a rectangular mold, place a layer of biscuit, one of strawberries and bathe them with the previous preparation. Refrigerate 2 hours.
Culinary advice
Garnish with strawberries and mint leaves.
