An unhealthy food recipe
PIZZA
INGREDIENTS
390 g or 3 cups. all-purpose wheat flour
240 ml or 1 cup. Water
1 sachet of 7 g dry yeast
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 tbsp. oil
ELABORATION STEP BY STEP
Turn the oven on at 250ºC with top and bottom heat and let it heat for 20 minutes.
Put a tray on the bottom of the oven.
Remove from the fridge so that the ingredients you are going to put on the pizza are tempered.
In a bowl, sift 130 g or 1 cup of all-purpose wheat flour. If you do not have a sieve, pass it through a strainer. It is to make the pizza fluffier.
Add an envelope of dry yeast.
Mix the flour with yeast very well.
Take 240 ml or 1 cup of hot water, 50 - 55ºC. That you can put your finger inside but that you can not last more than 2 seconds because it burns.
Pour the water over the yeast flour and stir very well. Let there be no lumps.
Sift 260 g or 2 more cups of flour.
Add the salt.
Stir a little.
Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil, if possible.
Stir well.
Finish making the ball by hand.
Turn the dough on the table and knead it for 5 minutes.
At first the dough is sticky but you will see how it will collect immediately.
It is not necessary to knead it in any specific way, knead it as it turns out.
Give it a good wiggle, without fear!
The dough is very soft and pleasant to the touch.
Reserve the dough and cut, chop or grate the ingredients that you are going to put on the pizza.
With this dough, sell or 1 chubby pizza or 2 thin pizzas.
I am going to make 2 thin pizzas.
Roll out the dough in a circle about 35 cm in diameter.
I like to roll the dough by hand but you do it your way. You can use a roller quietly.
Place the dough on the baking paper and fill it to your liking.

I put grated mozzarella.
Cooked ham.
Black olives.
A little more mozzarella on top.
And a pinch of crumbled dried oregano between your fingers.
To transport the pizza to the oven you can use either a shovel or a piece of cardboard.
Put the pizza in the oven.
Bake 5 minutes or until browned on bottom.
Slide it onto the top shelf so it gilds on top.
Mine took 3 minutes to brown above.
Take the pizza out of the oven.
Serve it right away.
