Sometimes it is a question of proposing it, but it is also essential that the government of the city, which has returned to life with the efforts of all citizens, make it possible. For years there were free students there, or older people, passionate about music, and the Colón filled them with satisfactions. Let it not be lost, so that it is, authentically, of all.
