Sarah didn't come to the party. She said she was sick, but i don't bealive her. She never skips a party; even if she had the flu, she would come. I think something happened to her, but she was able to send the text saying she wasn't coming. What can I do? Is she really sick? Maybe she was just tired, but it's still very strange.
It's two a.m. and I should be sleeping, however I can't stop to think about her.
Someone stops my thoughts. Now I'm really scared. There is something on the hallway. I cover myself with the blankets, as if i could survive whatever that is. I try not to breathe hard when a knock on the door makes me jump. "You could be stronger" I complain to myself.
-Can I sleep with you?
It's just my little scary brother. Evertyhing is fine. Everything is fine, I repeat to myself. I know it's not true: Sarah still disappeared.
I don't want my brother to know that, so at the moment he is in the bed with me, I take the phone and text to her again. And I just wait for an answer. Will it come?
