Jump rope
This exercise allows you to gain stability, strength and speed in your legs, in addition to enhancing the cardiorespiratory system. A very complete exercise that we can start with soft jumps and short periods to increase the speed and longer periods. With practice we will gain strength and speed, advising ourselves to do about 5 or 10 minutes of rope to start the series of exercises.
