Creo que es así:

 a) \: \frac{x + 3}{10}  = 10

x + 3 = 10 \times 10

x + 3 = 100

x  = 100 - 3

x = 97

b) \:  \frac{20}{x}  = 4

20 = 4x

4x = 20

x =  \frac{20}{4}

x = 5

c) \: 12x - 18 = 6x

12x - 6x = 18

6x = 18

x =  \frac{18}{6}

x = 3

d) \: 4(x - 31) = 0

4x - 124 = 0

4x = 124

x = 31

e) \: 50 - 2x = x + 11

 - 2x - x = 11 - 50

 - 3x =  - 39

3x = 39

x =  \frac{39}{3}

x = 13

f) \: 3(x + 3) = 7x - 11
