that offer kayaking in Ecuador Baños and Tena are popular cities for tourists who
enjoy kayaking
Mountain hiking
Ecuador has many mountains for adventure and excitement One of the most
common hiking trips is to the Chimborazo volcano. There many companies that
take you there, but you have to be prepared. Another amazing option is the
Cotopaxi Volcano. This is the tallest active volcano in the world. It is not very
difficult. Every weekend there are around 100 people, trying to go to the top of the
volcano.
