The long road to work A few years ago, the word mega-commuter was invented to describe people who have a very long journey to work. Vik Mehta was a mega-commuter for five years, so what was it like? Vik lives in the state of Maryland, but for five years he worked in Washington, about 75 miles away. He got up at (What time ...?) and left home at about 5.00.
