como puedo convertir estas oraciones en interrogative form y negative form

the bear is sleeping on the tree
my father is talking about me

Negative form

1. The teacher isn´t walting some homeworks.

2. The boy isn´t reading a book of his class.

3. The bear isn´t sleeping on the tree.

4. My father isn´t talking about me.

5. the chicken isn´t eating vegetables.

6. My friend ins´t learning french with me.

En la negative form puedes usar isn´t o is not, cualquiera esta bien.
