OUR NATIONAL PARKS
The National Parks occupy extensive áreas of our territory. The Venezuelan government has
established some regulations to preserve these zones of the country for education, pleasure and
scientific studies.
The nature lovers find an insteresting wild life an impressive flora in this parks.
These are National Parks in every state of the country. Some of them are: Guatopo, in Miranda;
Canaima and Jaua Sarisariñama, in Bolívar; la Restinga Lagoon and Cerro Copey, in Nueva Eparta ,
Henrry Pitier, in Aragua; Sierra Nevada, in Mérida State.
We must protect National Parks. Everybody must pay attention to recommendations for their
conservation.
