Alguien sabe como solucionar esto? Me aparece en el pc y en el Cel :(

Downloading… Do not turn off target, así puedes solucionarlo

Los primero que tienes que hacer es reiniciar el móvil (algunos móviles Samsung vienen con batería extraíble, la puedes remover durante unos segundos para luego volver a intentar el encendido)

El siguiente paso que debes hacer es pulsar Home + el botón de apagado / encendido durante unos 30 segundos.

En caso de que la combinación anterior no haga ningún cambio en tu móvil, tienes que hacer lo siguiente. Tienes que presionar Home + el botón de apagado / encendido + el botón de volumen hacia abajo.
