y Has o Hasn't se utiliza con los pronombres de He, She and It

ejemplo:

They haven't  two pens or Juan and Carlos haven't got two pens (Negative)

We Have a red car or  My brother and I have got a red car (Possitive)

We Haven't  a red car or  My brother and I haven't got a red car (Negative)

ETC...

She has a great book  or  Maria has a great book(Possitive)

She hasn't a great book   or Maria hasn't a great book(Negative)

He has a funny dog   or   My Friend has got a funny dog
