cuando encontramos esta clase de ejemplos en alguna practica o pregunta en ingles, el verbo que sigue SIEMPRE sera pasado.

EJEMPLO:

When I last met him, his beautiful eyes made me melt inmediately.

3. Come up, came up.

En el ejemplo 7, se relata una pequeña historia en el mar, lo cual hablamos en pasado. El pasado de come: came. CAME UP significa: se interpuso, vino, entre otros. Tambien significa: se me ocurrio- en cierto casos ;)
