Get up, eat some fruit or things that are considered healthy, exercise, take a bath and read.
If you have work always be positive, trying not to get stressed can cause damage to your health.
When you get home from work or study focus on doing your homework after that you can read a book take a shower or just go to sleep and don't forget to set an alarm if you need it
