No doubt that Roddy is a "high society rat" who lives like a king in a posh Kensington flat two butlers, the Gilbert and Sullivan hamsters. But when a sewer rat named Syd appears at the kitchen sink and decides he's hit the jackpot, Roddy schemes to rid himself of the pest by luring him into the "whirlpool" not have left. Syd may be an ignorant slob, but not stupid, and Roddy just disappearing down the toilet into the underworld of Ratápolis. There he meets the hardworking and enterprising Rita, which survives in the sewers in her faithful boat, the "Jammy Dodger." Roddy has only one idea up, but before Rita will have to compensate for the problems it has caused. And speaking of trouble, the villainous Toad (Toad), who royally despises all rodents, wants them iced ... literally. Toad commissioning the work to his two hapless "hench" Spike and Whitey. When they fail, he has no choice but to come to his cousin of France, the terrible mercenary "Le Frog" (Le Frog)

It is a movie about rats, everyting starts when the owners arent at home for a while,  the rats decide to play around, by accident they fall into the toilet and and meet another rate name Rita, who works the drains on a floting boat, after a lot of circustances they botch decide to scape from some other rats, they decide to go back to his house, but there are a couple of stops and some misunderstandings in the way, fianlly they could make it, and the owner returns back home with a new pet, a cat.
