INGREDIENTS
Recipe for 8 people:
Potato 1 kg.
For the sauce: Fresh Cheese 400 GRMS. 1 can evaporated milk Crackers 1 pack guy 2 yellow pepper 2 cloves garlic Onion ¼ Oil c / n.
Decoration and add: Eggs boiled 04 (halved) olive 08 Lettuce leaves (washed well)
PREPARATION
- Boil the potatoes, peel and split them into slices when cool
