Jhon lives in a flat near the church. Across the street lives Mr West in another flat. There was a man in that flat then. The man did not live in the flat and Jhon did not know him. The man was a burglar and he was stealing things from Mr. West's flat. So Jhon decided to call the Police.He told them what was happenig and a Patrol arrived. The Police can cought the burglar and took him to the Police Station. It is two o'clock and a policeman is asking the burglar some questions: _What's your name? _ Frank... _ Frank what? A chase and shootout occurred tonight in the South Panamerican Highway culminating with the arrest of four subjects who had previously stolen two engines power generators for advertising panels located on the busy thoroughfare. 
Colonel Philip Eslava, head of the Highway Patrol, told El Comercio that this is a criminal gang consisting of three adults and a child, who were taken to the police station in Asia. 
He explained that they had stolen engines 94.5 kilometer road, hitting two guards, who were referred to a private clinic. 
"We have intervened across the road taking the engines, there was a chase and these four criminals captured," he said. The chase ended at kilometer 82.5 without registering wounded and intervention occurred after 9 pm
