A drug is a substance that can change the thinking, feelings and emotions of the person who consumes it. The drug has the ability to change behavior and, ultimately, the way to be. Some drugs are considered legal and others illegal. The consideration of a type of drug as legal (as with alcohol or snuff) only implies a different regulation of production and marketing, and in no way means that you can trust. All drugs carry a risk and there is no consumption that can be considered completely safe. The risk is the combination of three factors: the effects caused by the substance, how to use (dose, how to manage it, they want effects obtained with it) and consumer vulnerability.
