Ingredients:

• 1 egg
• 3 oil tablespoons
• 4 tablespoons of milk
• 3 spoonfuls of sugar
• 3 tablespoons of natural cocoa powder
• 4 tablespoons of wheat flour
• 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

How to do it:

1. Place the egg and oil in a large cup. Mix well.

2. Add milk, sugar and cocoa. Mix until ingredients are integrated.

3. Add the flour little by little, stirring to avoid lumps. Finally, add the baking powder and mix well.

4. Place the cup in the microwave oven. Close and cook for 3 minutes at high power. The cake will rise, but it will not spill from the cup.

5. Remove from the oven and, if desired, bathe with chocolate syrup.
