Strawberry Mousse

Ingredients:

½ kilo of strawberries

250 grams of whipping cream

3 or 4 eggs

Honey to sweeten

preparation:

Wash the strawberries well and pat them dry. Chop and beat until smooth.

In a bowl, whip the egg whites until they are stiff. You can use an electric rod machine.

In another container, whip the cream. Add the beaten egg whites and strawberries and mix until smooth. It serves.

To decorate you can place a few pieces of strawberry cut on top.
