There are many ways to make a delicious yogurt cupcake. The microwave can also be an ally when preparing it.
Quantities are:
1 Danone plain yogurt
3 eggs (medium size)
3 measures of flour yogurt
15 grams of butter
2 measures of sugar yogurt
1 envelope of yeast
1 measure of sunflower oil yogurt
In addition to the ingredients, you will need a microwave-safe mold (remember that the microwave can be damaged by metal materials and it is not convenient to put unsuitable plastics on it). You can use microwaveable glass, silicone or plastic molds. If you don't have it, you can use a glass salad bowl.
To start, grease the pan with a little butter. Prepare the dough in the usual way: beat eggs and sugar, add the yogurt and oil, and finally the yeast and flour. Pour the dough into the mold.
Set the microwave to medium power (50-60%) for about 12 minutes. I recommend this time to start because each microwave is different, it is always better that you have to add a few more minutes, and not go over time. The first time you prepare it, check by clicking with a toothpick or a knife that the dough is dry inside. Do not worry if the surface is a little damp to the eye, it is interesting that it does not overlap so that it does not dry. If the toothpick is dragging out a little liquid, add 1 more minute and check again.
Too much cake for me! If you want a smaller portion, then we give you the quantities to prepare a small sponge cake in crockery cups. Take care to fill them halfway so that the dough does not overflow in the cooking. Take paper and pen, I tell you how to do it.
Ingredients:
1 egg
80 g of sugar
1/3 of yogurt (you can use the yogurt you have left over with a bit of cut fruit to accompany the cake)
4 tablespoons of sunflower oil
5 g of yeast (approximately 1/3 of the envelope)
80 g of flour
Elaboration:
For this amount, 8-10 minutes at half microwave power will suffice. Enjoy your usual cake in a few minutes!
