An important part of keeping fit and healthy is to take care of your own mental health. Some things you can do to help make sure you keep yourself mentally healthy are
-Get plenty of sleep
-Eat well
-Avoid alcohol, smoking and drugs
-Get plenty of sunlight
-Manage stress
-Activity and exercise
-Do something you enjoy
-Connect with others and be sociable
-Do things for others
-Ask for help if you need it
