Ingredients
2 cans of tuna in water (198 - 7 oz)
1/4 of white or purple onion
1-2 small celery stems (optional)
1 picture of cat or 13 cherry tomatoes
1/4 red pepper
1/4 green pepper
1 lemon (juice)
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
Wash the vegetables. Remove the seeds and the white part of the celery peppers and fibers.
Cut the onion, celery and peppers into squares.
Put in a bowl. Add the tomato in squares or the sliced cherry tomatoes and the chopped cilantro, stir.
Add a little olive oil, put a little salt and pepper.
Add the drained tuna, stir.
Add the lemon juice and more salt and pepper if necessary.
Serve on lettuce leaves.
Notes
This is the healthy version of the tuna salad, but they can incorporate ingredients to taste. You can add mayonnaise, tender grains of corn, hard-boiled eggs in pictures or slices, olives or mushrooms in the leaves and if you prefer, the lettuce may sting. To make it more complete, you can put a small variety of short pasta or potato.
