The American Indians made their tools from the resources they found. they used sticks, known as atlatl, throwing them with deadly force towards the prey.

Then they made bows with wood and strings with tendons of animals. The arrows, spears, and spears had points made of stone flattened and sharpened like a spear point, using antlers of deer to sharpen. They also used darts, and had nets made of hemp or leaves of plants to catch small Persians or waterfowl.

I gave you a summary of everything in my book.

Hunting and fishing of the American IndiansFor a long time, American Indians have efficiently used natural resources to provide food, shelter, and clothing. Historically, hunting and fishing by men and young people was the center of these needs. The different styles of hunting and fishing depended on the locality of the tribe, the availability of different species of wildlife and the fishing grounds (lakes, rivers, streams, sea). The tools they used were handmade with the resources available.
