Since one is a global social phenomenon, the relation between televising media and the behavior of the viewers extends the analysis and intervention of the individual behavior, so that it becomes necessary to use a more integrating and interdisciplinary frame to explain and to predict the effects. Of such form, this article reviews the positive evidence of the hypothesis of injurious effects of the television, shows a more integrating frame to include and understand the effect of televising media from the perspective of the cultural practices and explains the social effects of the television from the analysis of the convergence.
