--En la primera oración estás repitiendo innecesariamente I was:

 - When I was a child, I was (este es innecesario) playing a lot of basketball.

--En la segunda oración el número del verbo y del sujeto no coincide wearing NO, simplemente wear.

 - Do we have to wearing (mal conjugado) smart clothes?

--En la tercera oración el wasn’t going está mal, la manera correcta es didn't go.

--En la cuarta oración aumentaste un you de más, es innecesario
