Present Continuous it's something you're doing at the moment, for example:

•I'm eating dinner/ I'm eating dinner at the moment

•I'm doing my homework/ I'm doing my homework at the moment

And things like that, remember in present continuous we use the ING at the end of a verb, for example: I'm dancING / I'm dancING at the moment
